After 15+ years, we have developed some excellent talent on our team. A few have gone on their own paths, and we are so happy for their success, and the families created. Many have stayed, and their commitment is what keeps Meritage flourishing.

We strive to create the professional community of hospitality professionals, who strive to work in a place that will continue to challenge and educate, with their investment being rewarded with ours. After years of cultivating relationships and beginning to build partnerships in France, it is now time for us to embed that growth into our mission.

With personal connections with award-winning restaurants, wine professionals, chefs, and locals - our staff have the unique opportunity to actually experience the history of culinary traditions that have shaped the place in which they work.

They can go to market and learn to cook fresh and a la minuté. They can see, smell, feel and someday even work the vineyards, and learn about terroir hands-on. They can surround themselves with French folks, and language, and culture.

We create time and space for bespoke continuing education programs to address the needs of the hospitality professionals we employ. The tenure of our team is counted in years, the tenacity in our success.
