Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the details about our trips and information about the nuts and bolts of planning, and paying for it.

  • It all begins with an “Interest Form” that you fill out to let us know who you are and what you are looking for with regards to your travels.

Once you submit your form, you will be contacted to follow-up within 2-3 business days generally.

    This begins our process.

  • We will be contacting you to follow up. Based upon your responses, as well as the responses of other interested travelers, we begin to build a group.

Curation of the group traveling is part of what we do, and it allows us to personalize the trips and meet the goals and hopes of everyone traveling, while also establishing a good “vibe” for all travelers.

We have exclusive use of our premises in Bordeaux, which allows a certain kind of freedom and comfort.

During our follow-up you will be asked to submit a traveler profile for all guests traveling, you will be advised on booking your flights, and you will place your deposit.

Once these steps are complete, you are going to France!

  • You will be given information on placing a deposit once selected for a trip.

The deposit is $1500 per person

The deposit is fully refundable until 90 days prior to departure, at which time it becomes non-refundable.

  • The way that we bill for the tour, it is essentially already broken down into payments:

    1. $1500 deposit due at booking

    2. 50% of balance due 30 days prior to departure

    3. Remaining balance due day prior to departure

  • You will be invoiced for 50% of the balance due, 30 days prior to departure. Payment is due upon request. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo or Zelle.

You will be invoiced for the remaining balance 2 days before departure

You will have one final invoice to pay on the final day of the trip to cover any incidentals or concierge service.
